CRMzone makes it easier to manage your customer records, because you only need to enter or update details once. You can then use the updated information for several useful applications. With a single click CRMzone will synchronize your employees’ Outlook address books with the updated contact details. This software also offers you smart wizards for your letters, faxes, reports and notes, which automatically take the customer name and address from CRMzone.

HRMzone

HRMzone is designed to keep your employees’ details and accounts up to date. Additionally, it offers the same functions for external communication as CRMzone.

HRMzone is fully integrated with Microsoft Active Directory. Entering the details of a new employee will automatically create the corresponding user account, mailbox and profile. No longer do you need a system administrator for this!

You can enter and save your regular routes in advance. That way your travel information is always quickly available. To determine the estimated travel time, MyTraffic takes all current traffic jams into account, but also the traffic history. In addition, MyTraffic uses advanced route planning software by Routenet.
